Revival Coals of Fire

My last post was about Standing Firm, and I want to commend all those who are doing that. It is not easy but essential if we are going to see a change in our society from one of death-focus to life-focus. Many political parties are calling for change or thinking they can take back our nation. My question is what change are they proposing and where are they taking us back to?

From what the Lord has been unveiling to us, there can be no change without the underlying foundation of our values changing from greed and selfishness to humility, integrity, and social engagement. No longer is it about a few in government controlling the masses for their own purposes and goals, but a new heart for our nation to govern with love and prosperity for the good of all citizens.

I believe the coming revival will bring such a change. Goodness will prevail and people will see through the thin veneer of shallow campaign promises and lack of delivery.

Economically we, as a nation, will never see true prosperity when we have to dance to tune of foreign overlords. True prosperity can only come when the people of the land are honoured, and the wealth of the land is stewarded for the good of all citizens. That is when hope is returned to the people and there is a skip in their step again.

Proverbs 29:2:

When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. (NKJV)

I have heard a lot of groaning as we approach our election here in New Zealand. That can only mean one thing! But now, God is raising up righteous leaders who will stand firm for the truth and not buckle under external pressures.

There is a promise that we need to appropriate, and that is the citizens will rejoice as they will start to thrive under righteous rulership that makes policies and decisions for the good of all people. However, to thrive certain things must change – for the good of all.

As Jeremiah 1 says:

9 Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me:

“Behold, I have put My words in your mouth.

10 See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms,

To root out and to pull down,

To destroy and to throw down,

To build and to plant.” (NKJV)

The coming revival will cause people to speak into the atmosphere hope and blessing, thus releasing the angels to root out evil plans and pull down their selfish agendas, destroy their future control and throw their plans down to be useless and ineffective. Out of the rubble will be built a thriving economy under righteous leadership, that will plant hope and produce prosperity for all.

The future for the world is bleak if you look at the worldly agenda. But here at Four Winds, we focus on what God is doing and endeavour to come into harmony and alignment with His plans. I am greatly encouraged as I am experiencing teams of Godly men and women coming together to start the building process as the world’s system implodes. God positioning of His remnant governing Ekklesia is taking shape.

Let the revival fires burn bright in our hearts as we see God’s glory sweep across our land, igniting the ancient coals planted by faithful servants many years ago.
